Thank You All!
Thanks to all of you for your good thoughts, prayers and kind wishes. Everyone is on the mend here, physically and emotionally. A lot has happened this month, and I haven't been as regular about post here or at the Second Road as I usually am. I need to spend most of the next week posting to the Second Road in order to fulfill my commitment there, so you'll be seeing a lot of links out through the end of the month. I was thinking that perhaps June would get me back into a nice, normal rhythm, but summer vacation will be upon us, so probably not. Then again, it's probably good for me to know there is no "normal" to get back to!

Glad to hear you are on the mend. You have been missed.
ReplyDeleteI realized long ago that even though I have my own version of normal, it keeps changing on me! Take care.
ReplyDeleteNormal is overrated. At least that's what I tell myself.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry for your loss and glad to hear that you're feeling a bit better now. Take care of you.
ReplyDeleteAh yes. The ever elusive land of normal. Inhabited by the perennially happy, which land recedes in the mist with every step we take.
ReplyDeleteRemember . . . you're "blogging for dear life" not living for dear blogging. ;)
So sorry to hear about your loss. Though we'll miss you, take as much time as you need.
ReplyDeleteInsanity is the new normal, just like 50 is the new 30.
ReplyDeleteNormal? What is that of which you speak?
ReplyDeleteWanted to check in to let you know that I'm still keeping up with you, even if I'm not commenting as much as I used to. May gets me every time!
